Customer age declaration
WeStřik is a sparkling wine spritz / canned wine spritz with 4.2% alc./vol. Purchases through the online store are available only to persons over 18 years of age.
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that they are over 18 years of age, that the information provided is true and that the alcoholic beverage will not be received by a person under 18 years of age.
The order process includes a mandatory age-declaration checkbox. Without actively checking this box, the order cannot be confirmed or submitted.
For personal pickup, proof of age of the person receiving the goods may be required. If compliance with the 18+ age condition cannot be verified, the goods will not be handed over.
